This week we talk with Sgt. Major Patrick Johnson about his organization J Star Ministries. Sgt. Johnson is a Behavior Management Specialist and teaches Anger Management. He is actively an international motivational speaker in schools, colleges, churches, youth camps, and various other venues.”
Sgt. Major Patrick Johnson served in the United States Air Force from October 1983 through November 1992 as a security specialist in England and Belgium.
Prior to that he worked at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Jefferson, TX as a 911 dispatcher, at Longview youth shelter as a youth coordinator, and at Thiokol Army ammunition plant as security guard in Karnack, TX.
Sgt. Major Johnson worked at the S.T.A.R. Bootcamp in Tyler, Texas for Smith County Juvenile Services as a drill instructor from January 1995 until February 1998. He left Tyler to work for Harrison County Juvenile services as a coordinator/drill instructor in charge of the S.T.A.R. day boot camp from February 1998 to April 2001.
