Reese says "In my practice as a Health & Lifestyle Coach, one of the most common questions I get from clients is, “How do I balance work and life? Life is the entire pie and work is just a small slice. It’s our view of work, that causes us to feel it is separate and perhaps more important than anything else. The fact that we are trying to balance what should be a small slice against the whole pie is proof that we have a tendency to give work more than its fair share."
