My belief in order to fight childhood obesity is not coming down on the fast food restaurants, but work with the parents of overweight and obese children. So,I took parents of overweight/obese children and provided nutritional . I also work with some pediatricians and nurse practitioners Well many people truly do not know what that mean. So, I wanted to find out how are children's weight and eating habits impacted when parents of obese & overweight children are the exclusive agents of change. To further assist these parents, I developed an informational book that was easy to read and understand with lots of pictures and also developed a fruit and vegetable cookbook Michelle Obama related to Childhood Obesity and discuss my findings
