Sometimes The Lord Has To Say It Twice

In 1 Samuel 23, David is still moving away from the attacks of Saul.  Saul has sent all of the forces of the Army of Israel to apprehend David. David inquires of the Lord and the Lord has to tell David the answer to his question twice.  The Lord will give the answer to our prayers even if he has to do it twice. Our footsteps are ordered by the Lord.  David was always listening for the answer.  Saul continues to search for David to kill him.  But the Lord remains responsible for David's destiny.  Saul could not conquer David because of divine protection.
