    Here are simple things that you can do in order to reach your goal of obtaining the fastest way to lose weight:
    Drink More Water. Hold on a minute – in order to get rid of water you need to drink little more water? When your body observes that you are drinking adequate water and keeping your body hydrated whole day it will release extra water that it has stored.

    Use Natural Diuretics. Some foods and herbs will act as the natural diuretics and will help to flush excess water from your system. You can try green tea, cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and parsley.

    Stop Your Salt Intake! Cutting back on the salt will go very long ways in helping you to lose water weight fast. Salt generally tends to dehydrate your body thus eliminating it can help to keep the body hydrated and will help water weight to be off.
