Raven Magwood

Raven Magwood is a senior at Clemson University. She is only 19 years old and she graduates in December. She first attended Greenville Tech Charter High School at the age of 12, as a freshman. When she was 12, she published her first book and her second when she was 13 years old! Raven just recently published her third book the past month and that book is going to be made into a movie. Magwood was the only girl on the GTCHS track team to win state for the long jump. Raven Magwood took her first college class at the age of 13 and graduated with a year and a half of college credits at the age of 16. She went into college as a sophomore at the age of 16 her second semester. Another thing about raven is that she went to the junior Olympics and won first in her category.

Raven Magwood is an outstanding person and a wonderful model for high school students and anybody in the world. She talks to thousands of students all over the world and leave them with great stuff to think about. For example, we learned the three D’s. The first D is dedication, which means to put putting your all into something. The second D is determination meaning never give up on anything you want in life. The final D is discipline meaning keeping you on the right track. Those three D’s are really inspiring and I will never forget them. Therefore, Raven Magwood is a perfect model and she worked hard to achieve what she wants in life.
