Physically, Emotionally and you learn a new word - cognitively.
There's work to do, and it's up to you and you care giver how much work you do.
Eating healthy is a start, but you need to get away from the kitchen. Find good emotional functioning to avoid set backs, especially if you are just starting out.
Learn to work well with your family, be willing to accept. That goes for my voice to. I'll offer ideas, and you gather yours, to cope with life.
You do still have one. It's good to take Coping Skills studies, no matter how long after the TBI. My Co-Host Jennifer Goodman is working on getting to the "REAL" Brain Injury Coping Skills classes soon. My concussions form last year ''are what they are', but so much better. We're gonna ROCK again...
