Marching up to freedom - the Empowerment Zone - with Constance, LesPaul, and Ken

Here are some of the attributes I feel that a great disability leader should have. If you noticed I didn’t number my suggestions from 1 to 10 there is a method to my madness and yes I purposely left some of them out so we can work on them together during my my show.

Having the Ability to inspire survivors, by learning the Ability to Delegate, create new goals, to motivate survivors, Taking Charge of our destiny, using Communication skills by having a Sense of Humor, having the confidence to do anything by having non judge mental positive attitude, and commitment to developing and using our skills, A commitment to see a task through to the best of our ability, and use our creativity and Intuition.

The Empowerment Zone exists to help people with disabilities learn a new and better life after disability and remember the ADA and Independent Living Centers exist to help you navigate the and learn new skills to help you become as Independent as possible and feel the inclusion as provided the Americans with disabilities act!
