Kinga was born and raised in Romania, in a small village in the mountains. Her parents wanted something better for her so they have placed her in athletic school at age 6.  In 1998 she was given the opportunity to go and study in United States of America, which was an unbelievable opportunity and dream of hers. She attended college in Hillsboro, MO at a Junior College then was recruited by Southwest Missouri State University to play basketball, where she made it to NCAA FINAL FOUR in 2001 in St Louis, MO. She met her husband in Hillsboro. During her college 9/11 happened she enlisted in US ARMY in July 2006 and left to Germany to her first unit with 173rd BSB in Bamberg Germany. She was injured and returned to Germany for medical care after many surgeries. After her husband pleaded she received a service dog that helped her in her new. Since she was an athlete all her life, sports started to give her light and interests to fallow and giving a chance to get out of the house and interact in the local community by volunteering with local organizations. Today she is competing in Competitive Archery.
