I feel that the problem lies with afro-americans themselves who are not ready to change things. to agree that it is them who hold the key to the destiny of their lives !!!

Therefore, it is a blame game!!! You have to balme the system for putting off some people away because they committed some crime.

The question is how responsible are afro-americans (both as parents and individuals) to themselves and those dependent on them?

Market economics say that you only sell a product if there is demand for it. Which means if we removed demand, you cannot sell. The same you can say about selling drugs amonst Afro-americans. If they stopped taking drugs, nobody will bring it to the black suburbs. Then blacks will improve their standards of living.

Question to Rev Moseley: Don't you think that Afro-americans are themselves to blame because of being engaged in drug consumption, homicide and lack of future perspectives? Don't the young people have too much freedom and go ahead to become teenage parents?
