As Zambians we tend to be too conservative to try new things and new strategies. we need a leadership which believes in bringing change to its people and not to just do the same old ways.Nepotism after nepotism and people are too afraid to speak against it. Among those who are standing we know that there in only one person who has surrounded himself with intellectuals and he will bring that change. he has proved himself before and he can do it again. we have to ask ourselves one question. I think as Zambians we need to start to think out side the box. the current leadership need to be changed because very little has improved in changing the lives of a common Zambian
