  Venus, the second planet from the Sun, lies, on average, 108 million km from the Sun, about 30% closer than the Earth. Venus is often referred to as our sister planet because of similarities in size, mass, density and volume.  There the similarities end. Venus has no surface water, and an atmospheric pressure is over 90 times that of the Earth at sea-level.

  Mirror, Mirror who is the fairest in the zodiac? Depends on whom or what you think is fair........or more aptly whom VENUS thinks is fair.  With Venus in Sagittarius fairness comes in the form of a foreign accent.  With Venus in Capricorn things get really fair in the form of the older and more experienced lover. With Venus in Aquarius, fairness is found in the male or female version of the computer geek.  And if you were born during a Venus Retrograde then your version of pretty a lot of times can mean downright FUGLY to the rest of us!

   

  Considered one of the “benefic” planets, Venus’ main sphere of influence should be obvious when considering the Romans worshipped her as the goddess of Love and Romance.  However, when we see that Venus not only rules pretty swan necked Librans but also sensual Taurus and that sign’s ruling 2^nd house of MONEY, then it may just justify for those times when we dumb mortals are festooned by Cupid’s Love Arrows (the evil cherub was Venus’ kid by the way) and have giddily thrown wads of cash away which at any other time would be reason enough to check yourself into the local mental asylum!

   

  Earth’s Twin has a lot more to do with us than just l’amour.  How we spend our cash, our overall aesthetics and appreciation of the “beautiful” as well as how we decorate our homes are all under the eye of VENUS!

   

  So join me won’t you?  Love is a many splendored………….goddess.  And for all you guys, lesbians or married shemales, you might want to pay close attention to this one: *THE KEY TO A WOMAN IS HER VENUS"
  
  
  

  Venus Fun Fact:  One would think being so similar looking a "marble" as Earth and so close to us with such a sweet lovely name that the planet Venus would have a lovely terrain with picturesque views - the actual climate of Venus consists of massive storms of sulfuric acid! Love stinks.
