The question is,will Alabama make history today and nominate Artur Davis an African American as the Democratic Nominee for governor or Ron Sparks a supporter of Hilary "Monster" Clinton in 2008. Ron Sparks, now in his second term as Alabama's Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, was born and raised in Fort Payne, Alabama, where he learned the value of hard work from his mother and grandmother. Artur Genestre Davis is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 2003, representing Alabama's 7th congressional district. He was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama like Hank Williams.
