    EDUCATE YOURSELF ON WHAT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS

    It's time to get educated on what Domestic Violence is.

    What is Domestic Violence? It's an act against another person. Domestic violence is not just physical. It's not always hitting. There is mental abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, verbal abuse. A person that abuses means something has either happened in their life and never dealt with it or they saw abuse in the home. It does not excuse them for abusing other people. Abuse can be a generational Curse and if its not broken it can go on to the next generation and so on. Signs of abuse can be dominance, humiliation, isolation, threats, and denial and blame. If you know somebody that is in an abusive relationship, you should help them, but helping them doesnt mean just telling them to get out. If you have not been in the situation then they will not take to you. The best way to be there for them is to tell them you are there for them.Wait until they have gotten sick and tired of being sick and tired because thats what it's going to take. They have to be tired of being in that situation. You may ask how do I know. I lived it and I got out. I got sick and tired of being abused and I had to think about my daughter. I made the decision to get out by the grace of God. I want to go into the word. This is for the abused. Psalms34:4,5 says I sought the Lord and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.

    God wants you to know that if you want your fears to go away, all you have to do is look for him and he will answer. He will deliver you from your fears. You will not have to walk around feeling ashamed because of what you are going through. Know that because you are being abused, it's not your fault. It is never your fault. Do not think that it is. It doesnt matter what you say, man has no right to put his hands on you. You want to get out, Call on God and he will give you the strength to get out. He did it for me, he can do it for you. God said if you seek him you will find him. God said he will never leave you nor forsake you. All you have to do is say the word and God will do it.Know that you are not alone. It may feel like it but youre not. You have people that love and care about you but it's up to you to let them help you. Most of all God is always there.1Peter 5:7 says Casting all your cares upon him; for he careth for you.This scripture sums it all up. If you cast your cares upon him He will take are of it. God loves you. He wants you to have peace, and joy in your life. He wants you to be happy not miserable.All you have to do is talk to God. He hears you. People may think you are crazy and talking to yourself but thats ok.God loves when you talk to him.When you cast your cares upon God, you will feel alot better. You will begin to feel like weights have been taken off you. Just try it. I dare you. Open your heart up to God and watch what happens.

    I want you to know that I love you but God loves you more. If you are not saved and you want to be saved all you have to do is say lord forgive me of all my sins, I accept Jesus as my lord and Savior. Then ask God to fill you with the holy spirit and he will do it. May God bless you.
