Will DHS Anne Marie Ambrose find "Unfounded" Foster Mom Diane Kear

This documents that you are aware that a DHS foster mother, Diane Kearney, has participated in a flash mob assault of my family while endangering my grand children when they were brought into the middle of an attempted home invasion with baseball bats by Erick Brown, Diane Kearney's daughter Saundra Sullivan and three adult men who attacked Lorraine Grinage, Roxanne Grinage and who Erick Brown punched Willie Brownson 3 times and pushed to the ground causing Willie Brownson to hit his head on our car less than one week after Ezekiel and Arriyel's grandfather had hernia surgery, on June 8, 2010 approximately 45 minutes after Lorraine Grinage served on Erick Brown at Saundra Sullivan's house Honorable Kevin M. Dougherty's granted Order June 17th Rule To Show Cause.

Diane Kearney has at least two foster children that I know about, two small twin boys/burn abuse victims. Diane Kearney and her daughter Saundra Sullivan, Saundra Sullivan's son and Saundra Sullivan's sister and some of Saundra Sullivan's adult daughter, Laquita's friends are witnessed to be manhandling, hitting and inflicting verbal violence on Ezekiel and Arriyel. Our evidence of the "get high" gatherings where as many of 10 to 12 people sit in the presence of Diane Kearney's foster children and my grand children is made available to USDOJ and has been ignored by Anne Marie Ambrose/DHS on October 8, 2009, October 14, 2009, December 13, 2010 (18 page email and 35 minute DHS Child Abuse Hotline recorded conversation), December 18, 2009, and March 10, 2009 to present.

Also reported to you, Anne Marie Ambrose, for the fifth time is Erick Brown's and Saundra Sullivan's abuse of my grand children, Lorraine Grinage's children.  We have gathered witness statements of their attack on our family 06/08/2010 because they were angry that Family Court Judge Dougherty granted a Rule To Show Cause hearing that will consider the facts in this custody case for possible modification.  Consideration of the facts in this custody and child welfare matter are likely to result in Ezekiel and Arriyel being returned to the only home they ever knew until Erick Brown decided to move in with a woman he met while illegally repairing cars on the street and knew less than 30 days all because our family insisted he stop binging on alcohol and drugs. 

Anne Marie Ambrose, DHS is notified officially here again that our film taken and our witnesses when we lawfully served Judge Dougherty's Order June 8, 2010 show Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan were both high and that 8 adults were seen in the darkened house (6:30 P.M.) in the same room with children.  Approximately 45 minutes later, Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown traveled to our home with Ezekiel and Arriyel in the car and total of 6 adults with baseball bats including DHS foster mom Diane Kearny and our witnesses statemenst now reveal what I was not positioned to see in my witness statement:  Ezekiel and Arriyel were driven to a flash mob scene of violence and left alone in a vehicle where anything could have happened to them in the riotous conditions that were going on around them because of Erick Brown Saundra Sullivan and Diane Kearney's flash mob attack on our family, block, property and neighborhood.

Do not respond with the usual "call dhs hotline".  Your DHS hotline is shown to be ineffective for getting timely help when the welfare of children is really at stake.  I am just documenting that Anne Marie Ambrose has been shown yet another report with evidence of Child Abuse that even DHS infamous records mis-management cannot claim to be unfounded.

We are sending by certified mail to District Attorney R. Seth Williams' Willie Brownson's sworn notarized statement insisting on his right to press criminal charges and not domestic relations charges against Erick Brown.  Erick Brown is behaving like a rabid animal having no respect for any court's orders, custody, domestic relations, restraining orders etc.  Saundra Sullivan tried to hit Lorraine Grinage with her vehicle a few month's ago and Lorraine Grinage's request for a restraining order against Saundra Sullivan was treated like a joke by our Family Court. 

We will bring copies of all the proofs to the June 17th custody modification hearing and try to get them mailed by certified mail tomorrow in time for Masters and Support Unit to review, which show the history of what Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan have been able to get away with defrauding Family Court, DHS, Child Support Enforcement, Orphans Court (Bigamy), Social Security Income (Welfare), and actually bragging about beating on children, threatening to kill the kids when drunk one time, and a whole lot of other ignorance that my grand children need to be rescued from.

In the meantime, Anne Marie Ambrose, perhaps you'll consider looking into the conducts of your DHS foster contractor parents, namely Diane Kearney, who participate in flash mob assaults and child endangerment.
