Your Honor's January 19, 2010 Order for U.S. Marshals To Serve Summons upon Defendant Saundra Sullivan in this Federal case (aggravated assaults upon minors while in the commission of Social Security Disability Fraud, Internal Revenue Service Fraud, City of Philadelphia DHS Fraud, Court of Common Pleas Family Division Fraud, etc.) has been delayed due to Court error for 140 days now.
Delayed service of Summons upon Defendant Saundra Sullivan prolongs and worsens the child abuse child maltreatment injuries suffered by Plaintiff Lorraine Grinage's children and the Grinage/Brown/Brownson Family's finances who are committed to the lawful rescue of Lorraine Grinage's children and Roxanne Grinage/Willie Brownson's grand children.
