City of Philadelphia Officials and Pennsylvania Child Abuse Registry, In attempt to rescue Lorraine Grinage's Children from Erick Brown's and Saundra Sullivan abuse injuries and stay off the latest threats of Erick Brown to make false statements to Judge Robert J. Thank you to the Philadelphia District Attorney's office who contacted me today about my 5/24/2010 and 5/25/2010 Letter Notices of Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan's Fraud Crimes and how Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan's desperate criminal activities cause child maltreatment personal injuries to Lorraine Grinage's children, Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown.  Attached is the PDF of signed filing with exhibits cover letter and Certificate of Service total 45 pages and links to related internet posting are within this message.

Anne Marie Ambrose, won't you please give some indication that you are receiving and doing something about the third notification with proofs of injuries sustained by my grandchildren due to Erick Brown's and Saundra Sullivan's Child Maltreatment while in the commission of several fraud crimes?  If Saundra Sullivan or Erick Brown are receiving any "services" or "day care" placements through City of Philadelphia DHS you are obligated by law and CPS Policies and Procedures to disclose that to Lorraine Grinage who has not relinquished her parental rights or the legal custody rights in Judge Matthews last custody order.  Anne Marie Ambrose, you should not participate or condone your social workers' participation in Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan presenting themselves to any day care facility as being authorized to place the children anywhere in violation of Lorraine Grinage's shared legal custody rights as Lorraine Grinage has not given permission for her children to be warehoused anywhere for 9 to 10 hours a day in lieu of the authentic nurturing and quality education Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown received from their grandmother, Roxanne Grinage, before Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan committed several perjury crimes which defrauded Family Court, Judge Robert J. Matthews and City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services.

Roberta Trombetta, Esquire Chief Counsel Philadelphia Adoption Court, your certified true and correct service copy has been transmitted per Certificate of Service Priority Mail Signature Confirmation so that we might have some proof that you have been informed for no less than two months that suspected fraudulent adoption is anticipated by Saundra Sullivan adding to her other fraud crimes and that you have refused to answer our questions as to what we need to file which would allow the Adoption Court Chief Judge to Order "sealed" records opened and disclose to Ezekiel and Arriyel's real mother as to whether or not there is an intent to adopt pending, petition of adoption or any other fraudulent attempts by anyone to adopt Lorraine Grinage's children.

Mayor Nutter, won't you please break your silence on these quality of life impacting issues occurring systematically throughout our City and state when if ever Philadelphia City Council might proceed with the DHS hearings announced by Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell.  My letter to all city council members and counsel for City Council and you, Mayor Nutter, have gone unanswered / unacknowledged.

Matthews to recognize that my circumstances for providing care and safety for my children have changed favorably since the last custody order and to please recognize that since this Court's last custody order was enforced March 9, 2010 granting me shared legal custody and Erick Brown physical custody, Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan are shown to have abused their access to my children and have since March 21, 2010 been in contempt of my legal custody rights and my visitation rights granted to me in the Court's last Order and are witnessed by several people in the community and myself for having inflicted mental cruelty, corporal punishment, and 9.5 hour long days at a day care facility where at least one child is known to have died and other parent reviews complain about the neglect, no curriculum, abuse and unsanitary conditions of the day care.
