Re:      Notice Witness Affidavits Can Be Gathered to Show Likely False Report of Stolen     Vehicle Insurance Fraud Made Today by Saundra O. Sullivan and Erick Lee Brown, 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19124.  Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan are guilty of numerous false claims to either defraud agencies or commit perjury in the litigation they are child abuse fraud civil rights Defendants:  Family Division DR No. 0C0705124 and/or U.S.D.C. Pa Eastern 2:10-cv-00179-MSG.

Dear Captain Michael McCarrick and District Attorney R. Seth Williams,

I telephoned Philadelphia Police Department 2^nd District this morning 215-686-3020 and explained that my neighbors and family watch 972 Anchor Street because of  proofs of child abuse child maltreatment injuries inflicted upon my grandchildren in the household of Saundra O. Sullivan and Erick Lee Brown and that Erick Lee Brown and Saundra O. Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan are inflicting mental cruelty child abuse and child maltreatment personal injuries upon Lorraine Grinage's children Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown while they commit several fraud crimes having no authority in any State custody order or Federal Court to do so.  Bigamist Erick Brown and his bigamist girlfriend Saundra Sullivan have been in contempt of Court of Common Pleas Family Division Judge Robert Matthews custody order both the shared legal custody and visitation parts of the Custody Order DR No. 0C0705124 since March 28, 2010 and have been reported to Harrisburg for false child abuse registry reports made by perjurous statements to City of Philadelphia Commissioner Anne Marie Ambrose and to Family Court Judge Robert J. Mathews - all proven.

As I was working with Federal Court to serve summons on Saundra Sullivan in Federal Case, and as we were watching 972 Anchor Street worried sick about Ezekiel and Arriyel having no way to know even if they were still alive, sick, hurt, scared....

05/24/2010 A Philadelphia Police car was seen parked directly in front of 972 Anchor Street at 8:57 a.m. and the police officer came out of Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan's residence at 9:05 a.m. When I called the 2^nd District, I asked whether there was a way of knowing why the police were called to the house worried it could be related to domestic violence or that the children were hurt.  The officer who spoke with me today confirmed that the reason for the Police being called to 972 Anchor Street this morning was to report a stolen car.   

Because of the 6 Years of Fraud Crimes Proof I have of Erick Brown constantly making false claims and defrauding several employers, Internal Revenue Service, Pennsylvania and Georgia Department of Revenue; City of Philadelphia and the 2 years worth of proofs I have of Saundra Sullivan's history of fraud crimes which include three cash settlements auto accidents, fraud of social security disability administration, lieing to City of Philadelphia DHS and Family Court and Bigamy with Erick Brown....I am reporting that I know of some residents in the community which might provide witness testimony that Erick Lee Brown used his illegal auto repairs on the street contacts to junk the car so that Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown could commit another fraud crime of insurance Fraud and get a newer vehicle or to make another malicious perjury statement against our Grinage/Brown/Brownson family who are diligently and lawfully working with courts and City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services to rescue Ezekiel Brown and Arriyel Brown 3 ½ and ½ years old from the suffering inflicted by Erick Lee Brown and Saundra O. Sullivan.

Bigamist Erick Brown and his bigamist girlfriend Saundra Sullivan have been in contempt of Court of Common Pleas Family Division Judge Robert Matthews custody order both the shared legal custody and visitation parts of the Custody Order DR No. 0C0705124 since March 28, 2010.  Lorraine Grinage heard Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan on April 6, 2010 on the telephone saying "you better tell your mommy you don't want to speak to her" and on Mother's Day Erick Brown continued to be in contempt of Judge Matthews ordered Sunday visits and told Lorraine on the telephone "You might as well stop calling you are never going to be able to talk to your kids or see the kids again."  Saundra Sullivan picked up the home telephone at 972 Anchor Street on Mother's Day and said to Lorraine Grinage "Sweetie they told me you wouldn't be calling here anymore."  Erick Brown Told Lorraine Grinage on the telephone that he "put" the kids in Brightside Learning day care a day care which has numerous bad reviews posted widely by parents; unnecessarily denying the children access to the quality education Ezekiel and Arriyel received all their lives by mother and grand parents.  No one who loves and cares about Ezekiel and Arriyel have seen them since the last time Erick showed up high to the 1801 Vine Street Sunday Visit March 28^th, 2010 when both children were begging to eat hungry and not understanding why. 

Roxanne Grinage Called the 2^nd District 2nd District Headquarters Harbison Ave. and Levick St. 215-686-3020 and was given instructions for how to order 911 calls Police Incident Reports for the address 972 Anchor Street and was informed that the Philadelphia Police Officer was called to 972 Anchor Street by Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan to report their vehicle stolen 5/24/2010.
