  Dear Clark County Nevada Law Enforcement:
  Charisse Randolph and Love Cooper as sovereign cult leaders are citing a Clark County booking instrument number 20090116-0003551 to scam U.S. Citizens into buying SCC memberships for $1200, that they promise will make the buying member chattel owned by the Sovereign Church of Christ cult and there is no crime the scammed buyer of sovereign citizenship could commit that U.S. Federal or State of Nevada jurisdictions could hold them accountable for. Love T. Cooper got away with abusing his elderly grandparents (my parents) by sending the police away on each domestic violence 911 call claiming sovereignty and diplomatic status since 2005. NYPD Public Intelligence removed him from the house for court mandated psych evaluation because of my notifying New York District Attorneys of something he called a “Secret Grand Jury Indictment” of New York’s Mayor and several public officials, claiming the right to carry guns into court rooms, unseat, arrest and hang judges.
  Attached is the latest death threat from Love Cooper on behalf of 48 SCC members to Roxanne Grinage (5-30-2009). Post 05/30/09 Love Cooper on behalf of 48 SCC Members, emailed Death Threat to Roxanne Grinage citing Clark County, Nevada Recorder’s Office under booking instrument Number 20090116-0003551 and the 2009 congressional records, under foreign government acknowledgements, as giving him the right to own human chattel, trade in Firearms and instruments of War and murder U.S. citizens.

  Americans count on Public Security Intelligence detectives to investigate and make qualified discernments based on information available to them from a variety of sources. The individual public security intelligence employee must be initiated to take the time to listen to and view evidence related information that is freely available to the worldwide internet community. Public Security Intelligence employees should be held to standards of work ethic that require them to discern and investigate all leads. Trying to find the easier softer way, avoidance and laziness are variables within each of our professional demeanors which we must monitor and be aware of as each work day situation unfolds.
  
  Americans’ public security should not depend on whether or not the already destroyed victim/business owner can do the work of public security intelligence employees while we scramble to recover from the homelessness and quality of life losses suffered by batch identity and store inventory theft decisively ignored by public security detectives who currently are not held accountable to defined standards of work ethic.
  
  Why would any law enforcement employee, in this case an NYPD Public Security Detective, call the same crime victim/business owner the public security detective threatened with arrest several months prior because the crime victim/business owner was complaining that the detective wouldn’t take the time to gather the evidence of crimes being openly broadcast over the internet?

  Months after the Public Security Detective ignored a court’s warrant to arrest the person the victim/business owner was complaining about; and months after the subject of the warrant left New York and the victim/business owner left New York because she was made homeless and her business decimated because the NYPD Public Security Detective based his case findings on the emotionally charged claims of the family members who were in property disputes with the victim/business owner; and instead of taking the time to visit the urls given to him by the victim/business owner; and instead of taking the time to read some of the manifesto documents which spelled out in connect the dots fashion exactly what the Sovereign Church of Christ internet cult has in mind for us unsuspecting, honest, hardworking, try to do the right thing Americans….
  
  This NYPD Public Security Detective seeks to protect the public security by calling me, the victim/business owner, the same person the detective threatened with arrest when I was insisting he enforce a court’s warrant that would have stopped ballooning losses including homelessness for the victim business/owner and her family and the snowballing quality of life harms caused by batch theft of the victim/business’ 126 clients and customers identities and store product inventory.
  
  On April 22, 2009 at 2:18 P.M., more than 4 months after 12/10/2008 Notice and Complaint filed by victim/business owner with New York Court; Change.gov, Paul A. Volcker’s office, and NYPD Public Security Detectives, this NYPD detective left the victim/business owner a voice mail, “Hello this is Detective ______________, up here in New York, I’m touching base with you to follow up to see if there is any news on your son,________________.” Audio file saved by victim/business owner and uploaded to online evidence package.
  
  If standards of work ethic could be defined and enforced as America implements Stimulus Budget and Economic Recovery Plans, then this NYPD Public Security Detective would be held accountable for doing the work to simply visit the internet addresses which come up in search results when typing any of the parties’ names into any search engine.
  
  The detective employee could have competently served public security with information available to the public who is victimized by internet broadcast crimes. The NYPD public security detective would have learned what the rest of the world learned New Years Eve when Loooooong / Amor Mahadi broadcast “Updates on Everything” satellite radio show.
  
  The public security detective would have learned what the rest of the world already knows about the Sovereign Church of Christ Internet cult leader – that Amor Mahadi had taken on a home foreclosure fraud wife, Charisse Randolph / Reesie The Realist, who was now his queen in the wacky sovereignty movement internet cult; that the Sovereign Church of Christ leader, King/Pontiff Amor Mahadi broadcast as Loooooong a satellite radio show demanding that President Obama arrest and execute by hanging a Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Judge; that Reesie The Realist, the now queen of the Sovereign Church of Christ internet cult had once been an Obama Campaign Precinct Captain who was now publishing YouTube videos instructing viewers how to prepare “affidavits” that dupe the unknowledgeable viewer into believing they won’t suffer any consequences if they kill U.S. military personnel - by hanging of course – the Sovereign Church of Christ internet cult is always talking about hanging people which was the complaint of the victim/business owner for which the New York court issued a warrant that the public security detective chose to ignore.
