In The Trenches Americans with qualified contributions to make spanning quality of life impacting industries and demographics including economy, education as an untapped industry, student loan as a young adults’ future hobbling industry, credit as a restorable industry, corrections as a spirit hobbling industry, restoring courage to journalism, housing, health care, disaster loss prevention, litigation referral, child care and child welfare, revenue held in untapped human resources, identity theft, batch identity theft; home foreclosure fraud, internet crime and public security, epidemic fraudulent property conveyance, auto and predatory towing, entertainment, careers, arts, IRS check reclamation, banking, small business owner victimization, business ethics, advertising, vending, brick and mortar and ecommerce, rights protection for original creative work products including careers contributions, etc. -- are not able to deliver quality of life saving messages to the decision makers because of something as simple as the Whitehouse administrative support, executive assistants and office managers for the President’s Executive Staff and Executive Officers do not function efficiently within standard office procedures.

There is no ACCOUNTABILITY for the Whitehouse administrative staff (the administrative support, mailroom and secretary employees working at the Whitehouse) to acknowledge receipt and timely responsible distribution of respectfully submitted, human quality of life impacting, time sensitive mail and submissions made to Recovery.gov, Whitehouse.gov and USA.gov, where government website response forms bear promotional language, claiming to want to “hear from Americans”.

The time sensitive, human quality of life issues being sent to President Barack Obama’s choice of Executive Staff and Executive Officers for their qualified discernment and possible inclusion in the implementation of the Stimulus Budgets and Recovery Plans are falling into the same black holes we saw in prior Whitehouse offices, made deeper and deeper by poorly administrated basic office management procedures. 

As much as we hoped that the Obama Administration would be different, there are still no two way communication mechanisms in place enabling the President to hear back from the American People, and there is no reason to ever hope for TWO WAY ACCOUNTABILITY by and between In The Trenches Americans, Government and Media.

Sign for items that are sent with tracking numbers – don’t let mail pile up in the mail room delivered but not received. Actually look the mail item over and make a common sense judgment as to whether it is going to harm any group of Americans if you ignore it or dispatch it irresponsibly. Tickle a reminder using your computer calendar to check your boss’ inbox after a day or so to see if the quality of life impacting time sensitive mail item is still sitting in your boss’ inbox unaddressed. Embed into each workday a morning, and end of day (and mid day if necessary), “touch base get on the same page” in person, virtual, instant messenger, teleconference, video conference, whatever it takes for you to have seamless and up to the minute communications with your boss and your boss knows what you know. If your boss is overwhelmed and doesn’t have to time to read the 45 page Word document that impacts human quality of life, show initiative and gratitude for the unique and favored position you hold by having access to your boss’ ear. You read it, and give your boss a qualified synopsis verbally and make sure you mention that this group of ignored Americans spans every demographic and has respectfully asked that no polite non-applicable form responses be returned that would indicate that this presidential administration is no different than the cliquish administrations before this one and the cliquish media, evangelistic and TV icon industries are now.
