  The internet technologies enable access to law books. Well spoken opportunists gather followings who seek their advice for circumventing the mis-administrated, increasingly less effective commercial laws of the United States. Consistent with the attribute of the American population to "Survive and Hold as a Business Rationale" Internet Churches, Cults, Bogus Religious leaders and Five Percenter Sovereigns pop up piecemeal, gung ho and with just enough out of context convenient constitutionalism to morph into Anti-U.S. government "freedom fighters" pledging vows of eternal servitude to internet cult leaders and vowing in internet exposed videos and radio shows to kill military personnel.
  
  Identified by the Standard Access Administrative Services Mechanism as "Five Percenter Sovereigns" these groups evolve internet crime to a new level inflicting several harms against Americans on several quality of life impacting levels while practicing clumsy unaccountable like multiple internet professional personas. Individual and Batch Identity Theft, Home Foreclosure Fraud, Terrorist Threats to private citizens and public officials including Judges, Elder Abuse, Slavery, and intimidate law enforcement employees claiming to sue as diplomats, are among the crimes documented.
  
  All by themselves these Wanna Be Sovereigns are harmless. However, they reach and influence varying sizes of constituencies who are without the tools of discernment and education to discover on their own the many different conflicting internet personas and loyalties being practiced by the Five Percenter Sovereign. Irresponsible and unaccountable they are a dangerous variable noted by standard access administrative services mechanisms.
  
  When convenient, they are grassroots Obama campaign precinct captains. When profitable, they dupe online listeners to pay them for sovereign council services that the victimized American is told will relieve them of bill paying responsibility or enable them to claim land without paying for it.
  
  The internet technologies allow the user to portray multiple personas. Again, Charisse Randolph is the internet functioning criminal that gave us this unfortunate learning. Example, one person has seven (possibly more) fictitious names registering business accountability. All but two of the businesses position the con artist to know about foreclosed upon vacant homes. The other two fictitious names are churches. Then, the same person positions herself as a precinct captain in the Obama Campaign, does videos piggy backing on the integrity of Obama's Yes We Can message and makes a couple of campaign contributions to the Obama campaign. Then, in a complete 180 degree turnabout, the Five Percenter Sovereign simultaneously denounces the same jurisdictions where she has registered responsibility to account as business owner and berates President Obama's authorities as Commander and Chief of our U.S. military, publishing YouTube videos instructing viewers how to make affidavits that the victim American viewer believes will make it legal for them to kill military personnel. Accountability?
  
  Known by one group who encounters the Five Percenter Sovereign seen online in videos, as President Obama Campaign Precinct Captain, as an articulate home foreclosure advisor and then known to those people searching for ways to be unaccountable to an already stressed U.S. economy, as "Queen" of an Internet Cult, Cell Phone Pyramid Scheme and Home Foreclosure Fraud Con Artist and let's not forget, sovereign council freedom fighter to the down trodden... Five Percenter Sovereigns are vulgar, irreverent, disrespecting of human quality of life, and defile the authentic constitutional principles for which our American Republic forefathers fought and died for.
  
  Currently there are groups on the internet who are fluid, flowing like liquid, changing their loyalties and purported outlooks to suit their ill-willed intentions at the time. U.S. Intelligence does not seem to be able to take the time to simply listen to some of the hate-based, threat riddled, fear driven oppressive messages that engulf the economic and moral resources of the American population.
  
  Now, I know we all have a right to free speech. But doesn't the "Yelling Fire in the Theatre" analogy apply here? It would be different if these hate mongers lived on a little patch of land somewhere, where they couldn't reach or impact our youth, elderly or disabled citizens, who suffer the most from the consequences of believing and acting on the hate-based rhetoric of these irresponsible internet users. But Convenient Constitutionalists and Five Percenter Sovereigns don't live on an isolated patch of land. They get on the internet which is globally reaching and which President Obama's Campaign Army has proven has powerful reach and influence and these irresponsible criminals dump their quality of life poisoning unaccountable crimes into the American people and the American people's education, health and human services systems, syphoning away any hope of benefiting from President Obama's good willed economic recovery plan.   We have no choice but to pray this administration will be responsible and read this. We have no doubt, that if The President’s Executive Staff and Officers read this, their senses of moral and professional responsibility will compel qualified responses that guarantee the permanently successful implementation of U.S. Economic Recovery Plans and Budgets.

As a person who is surrounded by the machinations of these people, I can most ardently disagree with this statement. A large number of these people are not criminals in the way you describe, I.E. many of them do not use their political fundamentalism to defraud others. However, their viewpoints, when taken to the active level, are no less damaging to not only the American public as a whole, but to the people who are forced to deal with them on a daily basis. For instance, I know of a group of people who believe that state taxes are unconstitutional and therefore, do not pay them. They file all sorts of papers in court (costing the taxpayers howevermuch in court costs) insisting that they are not required to pay. Then, they go out and apply for and receive Medicaid, Food Stamps, etc. They also take part in indigent programs for hospital services on a local level. These people are not conducting an illegal scam of a business; they live their scam. These people are also a danger to those around them. They use their flimsy knowledge of legal practices (as you say, the internet is a powerful thing) to convince others that they should fight their speeding tickets, their code violations, and any other legal proceeding filed against them. Not oly should they fight these tickets without representation, but they should do so with a hateful (and oftentimes dangerous) dislike for police officers, judges, etc. God forbid you should stand in the way of one of these people should they decide they want something that you are opposed to! They will use their knowledge of "the law" to destroy your life. So, no, these sovereigns and constitutionalists are not harmless, whether alone or in groups.
