  We have no choice but to pray this Administration will be responsible and read this.  We have no doubt, that if the President’s Executive Staff and Officers read this, your senses of moral and professional responsibility will compel qualified responses that guarantee the permanently successful implementation of U.S. Economic Recovery Plans and Budgets.

   

  Having been in the administrative trenches for nine (9) years, taking hit after hit in one brutally competitive industry process after the next, we are wounded, tired and financially broken.   Those with the resources of positioning, the President’s Executive Office, must allow us to pass off our baton of learning so that Americans will benefit from the good-willed recovery plans and budgets being formed by you now without our qualified contributions of learning.
