  What Do Floods Levees and Katrina Have To Do With Economic Recovery Budget Implementation?

  The human factors of work ethic, demeanor, loyalty, honesty, integrity and desire to be competent must be recognized as measureable for impacting the state of our economy now and cannot be ignored any longer if Americans are to achieve permanent successful implementation of Economic Stimulus Budget.

  
  

  Standard access mechanisms are the administrative solution for ensuring Americans benefit generationally and permanently from President Obama’s economic stimulus plan.

   

  Apply this outlook to the suffering and loss to human quality of life going on right now caused by the flooding in North Dakota, Missouri and Minnesota.  Apply this outlook to the suffering and loss to human quality of life going on right now as a result of money not finding its way to Day Care programs.  Apply this outlook to every person and business owner who has suffered decimation of quality of life and loss of any hope of providing for their families’ because their reports of identity theft are ignored and they have to pay and pay and pay because Banks and IRS employees hide their poor work ethics and laziness behind the big pompous machines that are fueled or not fueled by whether the bank, recovery.gov agency, or human services employee acknowledges receipt of their mail or chooses to act timely any given work day.

   

  ·      Instead of waiting for the crisis to happen and watching celebrities, politicians and evangelists pat themselves on the back for rushing to the scene and handing out water, body lotion and short term supplies, exercise fiscal responsibility before hand by putting in place those mechanisms that provide standard access to education, health care, corrections, banking and child welfare to reveal best quality work product and career contributions of America’s most valuable resource, human beings.

  When Governor Bobby Jindal or anyone else offers analogies connecting how he dealt with the Katrina crisis and President Obama’s Economic Stimulus Budget, say this:  “The devastating losses to property and human life caused by Katrina could have been avoided if responsible leadership would have put in place standard access mechanisms that would have acknowledged the market entering challenge and administrated solutions as follows:

  
  

  ·       How long have we (Americans in this case) been experiencing weather?  Hurricane Katrina was no surprise and with all the work already done to educate responsible earth dwellers about global warming, neither are the floods and record breaking river risings in Fargo, North Dakota.

  
  

  ·        How long have we tolerated an impoverished demographic of human beings, characterized in Katrina’s case by living in a below sea level bowl, trapped by poverty, unable to evacuate two days before public assistance and social security check day?

  
  

  ·         Why wasn’t Education the industry which received funding at a higher priority than casinos and night life? (applies to Katrina only.)

  
  

  ·         Human resources (Students) having a desire and demeanor to be engineers would have been produced had standard access to education been available.  The state of the art for knowing about hurricanes coming and the state of levee technology would have been the best possible work product available for purchase by consumers / taxpayers / residents / human beings. (applies to Katrina only.)

  
  

  ·         Politicians funding Education and Engineering instead of casinos and night life in Mr. Jindal’s state would have provided best quality work product available in the area of Levees, thereby raising human quality of life responsibly in time for Katrina.
  

  ·     In the case of the levees threatening to break in Fargo North Dakota, decision makers in that state should explore permanent solutions to a recurring problem which can be administrated by building standard access to education and careers.

  
  

  ·         I don’t think it is too far fetched to expect achievements of weather net protection for cities if standard mechanisms are responsibly managed to unlock the human resource potential locked inside a currently un-accommodated population of product contributors.

  Politicians, all of the agencies within Recovery.gov, news correspondents and economists are overlooking a critical variable in the formulas being hashed out for U.S. economic recovery.  Traditional business models which seem structurally sound in the legislatures and governors’ mansions are not able to factor into economic recovery projections the factors which will ultimately determine whether the President is correct or the knee jerk critics offering twisted analogies about hurricane Katrina and mortgaging our children’s future are just terrifying Americans unnecessarily.

  
  

  Everyone agrees on the goal…U.S. Economic Recovery.  Discussions about the strategies that will achieve the goal need to consider the human driven variables that will either anoint and deliver or doom and sabotage the good willed economic recovery plan agreed upon by our trusted Recovery.gov agencies, politicians and economists.

  
  

  Traditional business practices in both the government and corporate worlds publish policy with no standardized way to leverage accountability for employees that are positioned to see and act on, with integrity and timeliness, the requests for actions purported to be available within the official policies published.
  

  
  

  I am confident that exposure of administrative horror stories across all industries and systems; sharing and networking our suggestions and solutions will shine a healing light on U.S. Economic Recovery and we will be successful in achieving long term economic prosperity.  Here is the Administrative Challenge.  Here is where poor work ethic and variables of morality cause syphoning away from U.S. Economic Recovery.
