Scammer Used Auto Dealer Industry Partners With Predatory Towing Ind

6.         The scammer used auto dealer industry seems to have partnered with the predatory towing industry to take American motorists for every possible dime and steal their vehicles for resale through scam and extortion of title. 

1. RFN Investments, Inc. Rob Neris sells vehicles he gets from auction, insists buyer pay cash and promises free Tags and Title transfer.  Scam car dealer takes you to buddy insurance and tags place and gives buyer temporary registration promising title will come in mail. 

2. B & L Towing, Owners, Bernard Guillermo and William John Calame at 100 Minue Street Cateret, NJ 07008; tell motorist that vehicle is not repairable after motorist pays for new battery, new tire, cost of Rental Truck, and six days storage (more than $1,300.00).  Motorist returns five days later and advises B & L Towing to junk the vehicle and we will unregistered when title finally received in mail.  B & L Towing keeps new battery, new tire and two new child safety seats and vehicle was never seen again by motorist.  Motorist was not permitted to remove tags.  B & L towing tells motorist to mail in the title once received. 

3. Motorist informs RFN Investment, Inc. Rob Neris that they are going to sue in Municipal Court based on state lemon laws and gives copy to B & L Towing $1,275.00. 

4. RFN stops vehicle registration or never registered the vehicle and no Title was ever received by buyer.  Administrative processes with DMV promote further hardship to buyer, loss of quality of life. 

5. A female staff member claiming to represent B & L Towing, Kim, calls and threatens to report owner abandoned the vehicle causing owner to lose diver’s license if driver doesn’t send them the title (extortion, threats).  Is the vehicle really non repairable?  Why does the towing service need the title if they are not going to resell the vehicle?  While motorist was present the week before, a B & L Towing staff member offered to sell a BMW that was left there by a different motorist owner customer.  These mechanized practices of extortion and threats have taken Predatory Towing to a whole new level which must be recognized for its adverse quality of life impacts spanning a least two industries.
