Matthews in 209cv05448-BMS. I have proof evidence in the form of video statement pertinent in both Federal cases.   The human factors of work ethic, demeanor, loyalty, honesty, integrity and desire to be competent must be recognized as measureable for impacting the state of our economy now and cannot be ignored any longer if Americans are to achieve permanent successful implementation of Economic Stimulus Budget.

  
  

  Standard access mechanisms are the administrative solution for ensuring Americans benefit generationally and permanently from President Obama’s economic stimulus plan.

   

  Apply this outlook to the suffering and loss to human quality of life going on right now caused by the flooding in North Dakota, Missouri and Minnesota.  Apply this outlook to the suffering and loss to human quality of life going on right now as a result of money not finding its way to Day Care programs.  Apply this outlook to every person and business owner who has suffered decimation of quality of life and loss of any hope of providing for their families’ because their reports of identity theft are ignored and they have to pay and pay and pay because Banks and IRS employees hide their poor work ethics and laziness behind the big pompous machines that are fueled or not fueled by whether the bank, recovery.gov agency, or human services employee acknowledges receipt of their mail or chooses to act timely any given work day.

   

  ·      Instead of waiting for the crisis to happen and watching celebrities, politicians and evangelists pat themselves on the back for rushing to the scene and handing out water, body lotion and short term supplies, exercise fiscal responsibility before hand by putting in place those mechanisms that provide standard access to education, health care, corrections, banking and child welfare to reveal best quality work product and career contributions of America’s most valuable resource, human beings.

  When Governor Bobby Jindal or anyone else offers analogies connecting how he dealt with the Katrina crisis and President Obama’s Economic Stimulus Budget, say this:  “The devastating losses to property and human life caused by Katrina could have been avoided if responsible leadership would have put in place standard access mechanisms that would have acknowledged the market entering challenge and administrated solutions as follows:

  
  

  ·       How long have we (Americans in this case) been experiencing weather?  Hurricane Katrina was no surprise and with all the work already done to educate responsible earth dwellers about global warming, neither are the floods and record breaking river risings in Fargo, North Dakota.

  
  

  ·        How long have we tolerated an impoverished demographic of human beings, characterized in Katrina’s case by living in a below sea level bowl, trapped by poverty, unable to evacuate two days before public assistance and social security check day?

  
  

  ·         Why wasn’t Education the industry which received funding at a higher priority than casinos and night life? (applies to Katrina only.)

  
  

  ·         Human resources (Students) having a desire and demeanor to be engineers would have been produced had standard access to education been available.  The state of the art for knowing about hurricanes coming and the state of levee technology would have been the best possible work product available for purchase by consumers / taxpayers / residents / human beings. (applies to Katrina only.)

  
  

  ·         Politicians funding Education and Engineering instead of casinos and night life in Mr. Jindal’s state would have provided best quality work product available in the area of Levees, thereby raising human quality of life responsibly in time for Katrina.
  

  ·     In the case of the levees threatening to break in Fargo North Dakota, decision makers in that state should explore permanent solutions to a recurring problem which can be administrated by building standard access to education and careers.

  
  

  ·         I don’t think it is too far fetched to expect achievements of weather net protection for cities if standard mechanisms are responsibly managed to unlock the human resource potential locked inside a currently un-accommodated population of product contributors.

  Politicians, all of the agencies within Recovery.gov, news correspondents and economists are overlooking a critical variable in the formulas being hashed out for U.S. economic recovery.  Traditional business models which seem structurally sound in the legislatures and governors’ mansions are not able to factor into economic recovery projections the factors which will ultimately determine whether the President is correct or the knee jerk critics offering twisted analogies about hurricane Katrina and mortgaging our children’s future are just terrifying Americans unnecessarily.

  
  

  Everyone agrees on the goal…U.S. Economic Recovery.  Discussions about the strategies that will achieve the goal need to consider the human driven variables that will either anoint and deliver or doom and sabotage the good willed economic recovery plan agreed upon by our trusted Recovery.gov agencies, politicians and economists.

  
  

  Traditional business practices in both the government and corporate worlds publish policy with no standardized way to leverage accountability for employees that are positioned to see and act on, with integrity and timeliness, the requests for actions purported to be available within the official policies published.

  Qualified Job Candidates Don't Always Fit On An Easily Faxable One Page Resume

  Qualified job candidates don’t always fit on a one page easily faxable resume.

   If you are like me, you have no doubt experienced the 22 year old staffing agency recruiter who calls or emails after a two hour employment agency registration and testing process.  Invariably they all seem to have practiced saying in a sing song up beat kind of squeaky voice, “This is really great, but just one thing…I just need you to shorten your resume to one or two pages please.” 
  

   We chop up our resumes so they become easily faxable one or two pages, only to look like we are qualified for entry level summer jobs and internships.  After managing the hustle and bustle of interview scheduling, preparation, travel and the intense stress of talking with someone who is using our mutilated shell of a resume to guide their questions to us, the over 50 job candidate returns home frustrated, a little more broke and humiliated. 
  

   We wonder why we are over 50 with all this demonstrated experience under our belts and there is no place in the job finding process where anyone cares to learn exactly what kind of contribution we can make to their human resources pool.  No, we are not allowed to smash down the font to 8 points, remove all the lines between paragraphs and get 20 years of work experience on one page.  I tried that and got the squeaky voiced kid recruiter calling me again.
  
  Employer companies are an industry for which human resources products do not find their way to market.  Employers’ revenues are suffering because they never learn about our demeanors of strong work ethic, passion and professional humility which make us uniquely qualified to achieve the employer’s creative and profit making goals.  The heavily experienced over 50 job candidate with the maturity to appreciate commitment and longevity gets offered humiliating roles with no real ability to earn money or to bring quality of life enhancing employment experience to employer/economy markets.

   Today I started using the below form of cover letter and 6 page complete resume.  I posted the resume at my website as html so it is picked up by the search engines that seem to be picking up everything else.  Might as well let the power of the internet technologies expose what we want people to know about us.  When the kid recruiters tell me how interested they are but just need me to lop off 80% of the resume and then they can help me out with getting a job, I will politely say thank you but no thank you.  The resume stands.  I know I didn’t imagine doing all that work that enabled me to raise my family and enrich “many a company”.    I wish everyone over 50 strongest prayers and most positive thoughts for job finding.

  Americans' Fear of Homelessness is Resulting in Bartering & Trade Off Relationships In Lieu of Lease

  2.         Americans’ real and justified fear of homelessness is causing them to come up with bartering and trade off relationships in lieu of leases.  The horror stories surrounding this housing phenomenon are seemingly endless but I will list a few here now. 

   

  1. Most obvious and most talked about is the home foreclosure fraud con artists (like Charisse Randolph) who present themselves when convenient to do so as advisors/consultants who can help people keep their homes when most times, by the time they take money for their consulting services the banks have already taken the house back and the home owners are displaced anyway.  The quality of life impacts of some of your family’s stuff sat out on the front yard and the rest of it pad locked inside are obvious. 

   

  2. Many Americans are moving in with friends or associates because poor credit rating keeps them from getting apartment leases or mortgages in their own name.  These Americans work and generate income.  However, fear of creditors, student loan, child support and even food stamp lien garnishments cause them to enter into relationships that enable procurement of basic needs of life with cash or exchange of goods and services in lieu of cash. 

   

  3. Many of these cash flow efficient, credit poor functioning under the table and off the radar in the baby boomer population, confident in their amassed skills sets and earning capabilities. 

   

  4. These Americans are proficient at producing cash flow, but are ultimately at the mercy of the personality with whom they are in a non-written contractual relationship with.  They are able to be evicted or ripped off for big chunks of cash for cars or move in expenses easily because our court processes are not able to recognize they have paid their way in the absence of traditional inflexible lease agreements.  

   

  5. What these Americans responsibly work for and build is lost whenever a tempermental or dishonest personality wants to pull the rug out from under them.  The aging American easily finds him or herself literally in the streets, hungary and stigmatized as though they had been a non contributing member of society all their lives.

  Poor Work Ethic of Bank Officers and IRS Doom Economic Recovery For Responsible Small Business Owner

  1.         Reporting internet enabled crimes of batch identity theft set the responsible business owner up to be further victimized by the employees of the various banking, law enforcement, Federal Reserve and Internal Revenue Service Reclamation, with poor work ethic, so that there is no professional accountability for the mechanized additional harms and growing losses imposed onto the responsible business owner and losses to the customers, clients and collaborators of the small business. 

   

  Example:  One HireLyrics tax client hears about Roxanne Grinage’s widely broadcast reports of stolen company records by the Sovereign Church of Christ Internet Cult.  The component of larceny in this individual’s personality causes him to brag to neighbors and witnesses that all he has to do is travel to Philadelphia IRS Service Center and sign an affidavit saying he never received his 2007 refund and the IRS will give him another one.  The bank where the dishonest tax payer cashed his 2007 refund check contacts the business owner announcing the Bank has received from Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Check Reclamation Federal Reserve Request No.:  0612675; FRB ID No.:  H809 1000 310 6382; Tracking No.:  143-22 Jan. 09. 

   

  1. The responsible business owner, already staggered from the loss of 8.5 years computer back up files on disc stolen and likely distributed electronically by the Sovereign Church of Christ Internet cult criminal Charisse Randolph, provides to the bank hard copy proofs that the Check Reclamation of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond should be Protested. 

   

  2. The business owner calls the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and asks for the mailing address.  A very rude female employee at the Federal Reserve Bank who refused to give her name or take any accountability whatsoever for her unprofessional conducts, refused to give postal mailing address for receiving service copy of proofs Re:  Fraudulent Check Reclamation Federal Reserve Request No.:  0612675; FRB ID No.:  H809 1000 310 6382; Tracking No.:  143-22 Jan. 09. 

   

  3. Responsible business owner, Roxanne Grinage gathers policies and procedures for Protesting Check Reclamation and informs bank that only a financial institution may Protest a c\Check Reclamation.  Bank’s Operations Manager acknowledges receipt of proofs sent certified mail that Check Reclamation is Fraudulent. 

   

  4. Although postal and fax contact information is clear for Check Reclamation Branch of Philadelphia Service Center at official IRS website, no one, absolutely no one at IRS telephone contact numbers knows how to get a live person in the Reclamation Branch of the IRS.  Business owner wastes hours of work day productivity being transferred all around the IRS machine. 

   

  5. A couple days later the Bank Operations officer tells business owner, “We just decided to go ahead and pay the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Check Reclamation and put a hold on this bank account until you send the bank $1,518.00.”  When I asked “Why in the world did you not use the voluminous proofs that Check Reclamation is fraudulent and Protest The Check Reclamation?”  Banking Officer simply said, “Well, we don’t really know how to do a Protest Check Reclamation.  I’ll be looking to receive the $1,518.00 by March 1^st.” 

   

  The Department of Treasury pays dishonest taxpayer 2007 refund twice.  An adversely impacting quality of life message is sent to the dishonest taxpayer that dishonesty works and an added loss to Roxanne Grinage of $1,518.00, paid from her 2008 tax refund, while trying to recover from the expenses and losses associated with all of her inventory, tax records, clients and customer identities being stolen by a criminal internet functioning gang of lunatics, Charisse Randolph and the Sovereign Church of Christ internet functioning cult.

  Scammer Used Auto Dealer Industry Partners With Predatory Towing Industry To Sabatoge U.S. Economy

  6.         The scammer used auto dealer industry seems to have partnered with the predatory towing industry to take American motorists for every possible dime and steal their vehicles for resale through scam and extortion of title. 

   

  1. RFN Investments, Inc. Rob Neris sells vehicles he gets from auction, insists buyer pay cash and promises free Tags and Title transfer.  Scam car dealer takes you to buddy insurance and tags place and gives buyer temporary registration promising title will come in mail. 

   

  2. B & L Towing, Owners, Bernard Guillermo and William John Calame at 100 Minue Street Cateret, NJ 07008; tell motorist that vehicle is not repairable after motorist pays for new battery, new tire, cost of Rental Truck, and six days storage (more than $1,300.00).  Motorist returns five days later and advises B & L Towing to junk the vehicle and we will unregistered when title finally received in mail.  B & L Towing keeps new battery, new tire and two new child safety seats and vehicle was never seen again by motorist.  Motorist was not permitted to remove tags.  B & L towing tells motorist to mail in the title once received. 

   

  3. Motorist informs RFN Investment, Inc. Rob Neris that they are going to sue in Municipal Court based on state lemon laws and gives copy to B & L Towing $1,275.00. 

   

  4. RFN stops vehicle registration or never registered the vehicle and no Title was ever received by buyer.  Administrative processes with DMV promote further hardship to buyer, loss of quality of life. 

   

  5. A female staff member claiming to represent B & L Towing, Kim, calls and threatens to report owner abandoned the vehicle causing owner to lose diver’s license if driver doesn’t send them the title (extortion, threats).  Is the vehicle really non repairable?  Why does the towing service need the title if they are not going to resell the vehicle?  While motorist was present the week before, a B & L Towing staff member offered to sell a BMW that was left there by a different motorist owner customer.  These mechanized practices of extortion and threats have taken Predatory Towing to a whole new level which must be recognized for its adverse quality of life impacts spanning a least two industries.
