HireLyrics

Disadvantaged Creators can customize, execute, and manage our own Employment Agreements. Disadvantaged Creators demonstrate high levels of expertise in many practice and production areas. When disadvantaged creators utilize the powerful networking opportunities enabled by the internet technologies, i.e., community-styled forums enabling free or low cost participation in chat, instant messaging, video and radio, the disadvantaged creators have the opportunity to do more than provide an audience for the internet-based community forum to sell advertising to, or to simply date each or to post videos and blogs hoping an industry buyer will notice the disadvantaged creators' work and hire us.

HireLyrics' Collaborative Agreement: Two-Way Accountability, Good-Will, Good-Faith, Non-Constrained Employment Agreement. (copyright 2001-2008. All Rights Reserved). HireLyrics Worldwide Population of Disadvantaged Creators invents the tools needed to achieve Fair Recognition - Fair Compensation for the resourceful life-experience driven accomplishments we are performing anyway. The HireLyrics Colloborative Agreement. Two-Way Accountability, Good Will, Good-Faith, Non-Constrained Employment Agreement, is the creator-initiated, creator-driven, creator-managed, administrative tool used to document the value of goods, services, and positioning exchanged, documenting actual employment contracts, complete with duties and obligations expectations and compensation accepted, clearly stated, as long as what the creator(s), services, or suppliers are agreeing to do to work together is legally and morally sound across the jurisidictions, communities and venues the collaboration will take them through. Attorneys, managers, and third party professional services are suppliers and services  of the Disadvantaged Creator and should be required to account to the Creators as to exactly what it is that they are doing for the Creator that earns the compensation agreed upon in the Two-Way Accountability Collaborative Employment Agreement.  Under no circumstances should creators accept any attorney, manager or third party service embedding unfair claims to percentage split of revenues caused by the creators' work in producing the original creative work product.

This HireLyrics' Disadvantaged Creator Portal Constituency-invented tool transfers standardly to any venue and market and can be used to empower any disadvantaged creators.  Schools, Parenting and Community Based Youth Groups; Penal and Disciplinary venues (boot camps, scared straight, social services for inmates and their families); Artist Manager Contracts, Independent Artists who have already done the work producing their product but seek registration, press kit and marketing.  No way should you pay an attorney or manager that does not account to you as to how their being retained by you has increased your earnings.  Parents, Artists, Jack-Legs doing expert work without the traditionally recognized credentials can now stop settling for less.  Now, you can insist on getting your work document and your expectation of getting paid documented.

Change the way you think about what “aggressive” is.

Aggressive marketing doesn’t mean sitting around waiting forsomeone to ask you a question. HireLyrics’ experience is that non-visionary occupants of traditionallyauthorized successful venues, want to maintain the status quo, which benefitsthem unfairly. HireLyrics advises: Do not buy into the “Oh well, that’s the wayit’s always been done” mentality, embedded into the traditional processes toperpetuate the unfair exclusion of the Worldwide Population of DisadvantagedCreators©. Of course, previouslyunchallenged individuals who have never been required by traditionalaccountabilities to say why they do not amend unfair processes and proceduresthat shut out a worldwide population of product contributors are not going toencourage or even acknowledge businessmodels that mechanize two-way accountability by and between services andclient.
