Talk about stress! Rosalie Moscoe was the original Frazzled Hurried Woman! She has been a health and wellness speaker since 1995. Our fast paced and pressured society often leads to high levels of stress and its many associated mental, physical and emotional problems. As a singer and performer prior to her health and wellness career, Rosalie truly was a stressed out wife, mother, daughter, community volunteer and somewhere under all that , a a a woman! Her own health was becoming compromised. After a health scare at one of her yearly checkups, Rosalie soon became motivated to seek methods to combat stress and improve her health.
Eventually, her personal journey and research, along with stress, wellness and nutrition education led her to the commitment of helping others. She enjoys being able to impart important messages on how people can take charge of their health, set priorities for what’s most important and get down to basics with self care, better food, some exercise as well as simple relaxation techniques that Rosalie can teach in minutes. Just putting up your feet when tired isn’t such a novel idea – but it works! Sitting at computers well into the night isn’t a great habit (as we know by the way we feel the next day!
