Join Angela Lauria of the Author Incubator as she interviews business coach and author Kevin Weir about the publishing of his book, First Aid for a Wounded Business. Kevin has been a business coach since 1997 and worked with small business owners to help them grow their business, several of which weren't able to afford business coaching when the recession of 2009 hit. One of Kevin's colleagues remarked that their business consultancy business was essentially giving advice for free, and this triggered Kevin to write a book that would essentially a guide to keep business from "bleeding to death.
