Join Angela Lauria of the Author Incubator as she interviews Holly Bridges, author of The UnHysterectomy: Solving Your Painful Heavy Bleeding Without Major Surgery. Holly was diagnosed with a benign, noncancerous tumor the size of a three-month old fetus in her uterus called a fibroid, which caused her to have very heavy bleeding episodes during her periods. Although she had originally intended to undergo a hysterectomy, she sought a second opinion and discovered that a hysterectomy was unnecessary.
