Im not just looking for weight loss... Im in search of lifestylve changes to go along with the weight loss process. My mindset, emotions, and will aligning itself for a permanent change in how I deal with things that causes the weight to manifest in the first place. I dont eat alot, but I do STRESS alot and from the specialists in which I have met with that is the major cause of my weight gain. Along with the fact that when I do eat its not healthy foods for the most part nor on a regularly scheduled basis.... WOW! Im in a new place in life and ready to do this thing through the empowering forces within me... thanks for inspiring people to evole.
