I really feel that people who put on a lot of weight do so for emotional reasons and thus there is already an impact on relationships, sex etc. So, rapid weight gain/loss is a symptom. So weight gain does not neccessarily cause relationship problems, sexual difficulty. It is a correlational relationship not causal. www.newagecbt.com

Well Bonnie, weight issues & body self image are issues that complicate relationships. Be clear as to what the root causes of your weight issues are which are more oft than not psychological. Get the help you need to deal with the mental issues first, then work the physical second. Great show Bonnie

If anyone is looking for a 'tip' of how I lost over 50 lbs, it is kind of like 'duh', but so many are not willing to do this: DO NOT LET ONE CHOCOLATE, CAKE, COOKIE OR ANY SWEETS WHATSOEVER PASS YOUR LIPS FOR ONE YEAR AND SEE IF YOU DO NOT LOSE THOSE LBS. This worked for me, it is not for everyone. Most people scoff and tell me they could 'never do that'. Oh yes you could!

Come on! it does not take that long to make vegetables and food for the week.. I did it all on a sunday afternoon and froze the food for a week! It is worth 2 hrs a week of food prep time to save yrs of health problems and heartache. THIN DOES NOT ALWAYS EQUATE BEAUTY.. why do you not say 'this beautiful body' for fatter bodies??
