Her first book, Stop Caretaking the Borderline or Narcissist: How to Get Out of the Drama and Get on With Life, provides information about how people get caught up being emotional caretakers to manipulative borderline or narcissistic family members and lose sight of their own needs, life direction and even their own sense of identity.  She provides insights and techniques on how to function more effectively and stop reinforcing the dysfunctional behaviors of the borderline or narcissist. Her second book, Healing from a Narcissitic Relationship: Understanding, Coping, Recovery, Empowerment & Transformation, works with you on the next step of healing.
