This week our guest is Marian Chard who is writing, directing and producing a three-part documentary series, No Bridge Too Far, which entails the history of the 540th, 36th, 39th and 1108th Engineer Combat Regiments, and covers their history from training in the states in '41 and '42, to the Invasion of North Africa and onto Sicily, Italy, France and finally Germany in 1945. Part one (training and North Africa) has been released, and work has begun on part two, the Sicilian and Italian Campaigns.
