Nothing can be classed as the "worst food" anything can be classed as "bad food" if you are eating excess amounts. this is a common misconception that people have its not about what you eat but how much you eat. it all boils down to calories in to calories out. so in essence, you will need to burn up more then what you consume in order to lose weight. how can you do this? Cardio and a calorie restricted diet, cardio can be anything from walking to biking to running
anything the involves the legs are the most effective, also the intensity of the excerise will burn additional calories, for instance, a gentle jog/run will burn more calories in a shorter amount of time compared to walking for the same duration.

so how do you get started? well, you will need to cut out 500 calories from diet in order to lose 1lb of mass a week (mostly fat) now you can do this in not eating 250 calories and doing cardio for about an hour (walking) that should burn up 250 calories depending on sex, age and conditioning. so now you know what you need to do but need some more guidence?

knock off 500 calories. or eat that amount then do some cardio to burn 500 calories, or a mixture like stated above split it as this will give you the best of both worlds nothing too hard on the cardio and its not too harsh on your body, meaning if you was to consume 500 calories less for a duration of time, you may feel very tired. so a combination of the 2 works the best.

What is the worst food that should be cut out of the diet? I know about fats and sugar.
