In some ways, an action plan is sort of like your super power. It's what you can draw upon when you feel challenged, tired or confused - it gives you clarity, motivation and direction.
Without an action plan, your goals are potentially dreams, and even if you are active in your life, without a rock solid plan, you stand the chance of opportunities passing you by.
