I think we have swung the pendulum a little to far. You can't fire someone just for slacking off without going through miles of red tape. You can't call someone down for dressing inappropriate without the fear of some discrimination claim. You can't mention prayer, God or the bible without someones screaming foul and heaven forbid you tell a co-worker they look good. Whoa! Are you asking for a sexual harassment charge.Combine this with employees wanting more money BEFORE they perform more. The cocky and arrogant attitudes we have to put up with and what about that wobbly head you get when you try and correct someone? Ticks me off and it is ruining this country.We are going to be letting off steam and at the same time sharing some tips on how to succeed in a world that is doing everything it can to keep us down.Stay Tuned!
