Dr. Sheila H. Forman is both a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 15265) and licensed attorney (123074) having earned degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, Boston University School of Law, and the California Graduate Institute School for Psychology and Psychoanalysis. She is a former Assistant Professor of Law and Ethics and currently teaches forensic and general psychology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Dr. Forman has created a thorough and easy to follow 15-week program to help you let go of emotional eating. Week by week, Dr. Forman takes you through the steps necessary to understand the relationship between your emotions and food.
