 He has used his experience in customer relationship management, organizational development, assimilation programs, configuration management, process improvement, business process re-engineering, government contracting, capability maturity models (CMMI) and team facilitation in many capacities during his career and is a certified MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), DISC and EQi practitioner.

Larry has a Master of Science Quality Systems Management, M.S.,(Specialization: Change Management and Systems Thinking) The National Graduate School, Falmouth Massachusetts; a Master of Public Administration, M.P.A.
