BluPrint welcomes Linda Wilson, a 21st century thought-leader in workplace diversity. Tune in to her discussion on how diversity is more broad than race & gender and how a sound diversity strategy can impact the bottom-line.  Linda will share her perspective on the future of workplace diversity and how to create the “right” environment for both managers and employees.

ABOUT LINDA

Linda has over 20 years of experience working with diverse groups of all ages. As a human resources and organization development practitioner, she crafts programs to address issues related to individuals, teams, and the whole organization. She specializes in programs such as defining and managing polarities, communicating and collaborating across differences, fostering inclusive workplaces, building leadership skills, and clarifying roles and enhancing cooperation.

She has written curriculum, designed and delivered programs for raising awareness, building skills, and applying concepts to real world.  Her consulting and training expertise includes programs on empowerment, sexual harassment, diversity, communication, customer service, training the trainer, and team development. She has facilitated large and small programs, which have improved community relationships and decreased racial tensions.  Linda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from American University; a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from American University/National Training Laboratory and the Coaching Certificate, Newfield Network, 2003.
