BluPrint looks forward to welcoming special guest Dr. Jeffrey King, a trained psychotherapist and organizational development psychologist, who will highlight and discuss how an organization can encounter a crisis that could jeopardize its health, and its reputation. Dr. King will discuss the 1st steps in the resolution process and how to identify behaviors that could qualify as potential danger-zones.

ABOUT DR. KING

A trained psychotherapist and organizational development psychologist, Dr. King has used his in depth expertise to facilitate workshops, seminars, management training, audits and assessments to numerous organizations.  Dr. King delivered expertise as the Senior Project Manager for Vantage Human Resource Services in Washington D.C. where he specialized in training, leadership, strategic planning and related human resource services primarily to Federal clients most notably he directed the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Leaders Academy. Dr. King managed and facilitated training projects to other Vantage clients including the NRC (Communications Training); Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Career Counseling); U.S. Army Chemical Munitions Command (Transition project); U.S. Department of Labor; U.S. Government Accountability Office., U.S. Treasury Department and others.

He has been a speaker to a number of prestigious organizations and associations and in 2010 was the keynote speaker on Entrepreneurship at the Congressional Black Caucus Conference. Other groups to whom he has presented include Deloitte Consulting (Work Place Violence), Smithsonian Institute (Organizational Development), Tuskegee University ( Capital Campaign Study); US Department of Justice Homicide/ Death Seminar ( Post Shooting Trauma), DC Police Department ( Critical Incident Response; Peer Support; Employee Assistance, Management Training), and others.
