  Speak Falsely not of others
  in so doing,Your Speaking
  Falsely of yourself,
  
  So Therefore Be Kind and Gentle
  with yourself and others
  in so doing,that your world
  may be a Nicer Place To Be
  
  So when Love is needed
  Give Love
  So when Kindness is Needed
  Give Kindness
  So When Gentleness Is Needed
  Give Gentleness
  So When healing Is Needed
  Give Healing
  When Joy Is Needed
  Give Joy
