Oh no! I deleted your comment Pepperrose. :( GRRR I wanted to reply to your comment saying how happy I am that your mother is doing so much better! And how I appreciate what you said about the importance of staying in a routine once you develop one. So true!! I definitely don't want to lose this one. It's been such a blessing to enjoy the health and happiness being outside and exercising has brought to my life!!
