    Green is the color of the day. Green has been a popular color since it was selected as the color of the United States paper currency. Green is the color that represents the environment.

    Blue is the color of the ocean, as it reflects the color of the sky.

    Together, they are 'bluegreen,' a color of balance between the ocean and the land.

    On Saturday, 24 May 2008, Operation Green Leaves will be the focus of a new series environmentally-oriented shows on the BlueGreen Network on BlogTalkRadio.

    Executive Director of OGL Haiti, Nadine Patrice, will be on hand to talk about the past 15 years of the organization, as well as then next 15 years.

    Nadine announced an ambitious goal  early this year to open an educational facility in Arcahaie, Haiti to teach the importance of reforestation to the children and to distribute seedlings to plant to the adults.
