Zach Allen is a seventeen-year old guitar player, singer, song writer originally from Gilroy, California.  Zach always knew that he wanted to play guitar and sing. From an early age, Zach, exposed to lots of live music, was mesmerized by the musician’s he saw and decided he wanted to “do that for a job” someday. Taking him seriously, his parents enrolled him in a local children’s theater group for some exposure to the stage, as well as started him on guitar lessons.

“Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12 Zach Allen's mission statement is all about this verse, and his message is that youth should be bold in their faith and their witness. He believes he can be a voice and a leader to encourage youth to express their faith more seriously and do more in their church and community.

Zach has been hard at work for the past year in the studio working with producer Eric Copeland of Creative Soul Records, and Grammy-winning engineer Bill Whittington on this new album, "Matter of Time". The sound is a cool mix of classic rock, blues, and pop. Zach wrote all new material himself that really focuses on his mission of empowering youth to boldly proclaim and live their faith.

He stops by on Wednesday, June 26, at 8pm EST.
