I don't have a facebook or myspace. I really enjoy listening to blogtalkradio. For those curious... my nickname comes from the name of a generic soft drink that my husband and I used to buy back when we didn't have much money. Now that we can afford "The Real Thing," we actually drink more water than anything else!

    Random thoughts for July... so far!

    Okay... here's the scoop...  One of my cats loves to bite my fingers when I type.  It kinda drives me crazy.  But if you understood this particular cat's personality, you would think "Wow - he has come a long way, baby!"  He is the quintessential "scardy-cat," and he loves and trusts me, which kinda makes him my feline boyfriend, so to speak!

    Politics makes me crazy!  That's right... I said it - and I mean it.  What ever happened to elected officials looking out for the best interest of the people?  Instead, the elected officials are the ones who raise the most money and can "out campaign" the next person.  And so many people are so "for" those in office or are so "against" those in office - but when you ask them WHY?, they rarely have an answer based in fact or that has any substance.  And when you challenge them to think - or, God forbid, read - about what's happening through the political smoke and mirrors, defenses go up.  It is quite sad. 

    That's it for random thoughts for July!  It's still early, though!
