Todd remarks that no matter your business, do not restrict yourself to only blogging about your product/service. Talk about what you’re passionate about. You have to be authentic in your messages to build trust. Blogging is also about what you can achieve in taking social media relationships off-line. Talk about what is important to you in general. People want to connect with other people. Although we all thrive in this highly technological society, we still crave human interaction.
