  I added Caribbean Riddims on Saturday night. I'm taking a 60 minute sample of the 3 hour show that airs from 3 to 6 PM EST on WZAB 880 AM. The 4 to 5 PM slot tends to have a mix of social commentary - Marlon Hill's Peoples Politics and my Liquid Lounge - along with a call in guest and a news segment, so I am using Audacity to record the hour from the internet. I broke the hour into two segments and put it on BlogTalkRadio at 11 PM that night.

  Internet Radio is All About Special-Interests

  Music. Sports. Religion. Politics. Personal Development. Environmental Issues. Internet.
   
  They're all special-interests.
   
  When you come right down to it, every one of the 600+ shows on BlogTalkRadio each week have a special-interest. They're divided into categories, 71 in fact, ranging from Art to Youth. They're hosted by people who want to attract like-minded individuals.
  
  Unfortunately, some of the shows compete with each other when they are on the air, but the beauty of BTR is that each show is archived and available for download, when you have the time to listen.
  
  I produce several special-interest shows each week. On Saturday at 10 AM, it's Eco-Alert with Nadine Patrice, an show focused on reforesting Haiti. On Sunday at 10 AM, it's Caribbean Perspective with Eddie Frederick, 60 minutes of social commentary with a focus on Caribbean politics and lifestyles. At 12:30 PM on Sunday, the NicheProf talks about social media during NicheRadio: The School of Social Marketing.
  
  In addition to my 12:30 PM show on Monday, which has an internet focus, I do Liquid Lounge on Wednesday at 1 PM, talking about the ocean, above and below the surface.
  
  Miami Art Online is a periodic show about art galleries and artists in the Miami area. In coming weeks, it will originate from Mamushka Arts Cafe and Joey's Italian Restaurant, both in the Wynwood Arts District. I'll also be at the Jakmel Art Gallery in the MIMO Arts District and Art Fusion Gallery in the Miami Design District.
  
  Miami Beach Radio originates from the Starbucks on Lincoln Road.
