DoDLive Bloggers Roundtable with Joseph Sikes, director for Housing and Competitive Sourcing in the office of Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment. Sikes will discuss the Department of Defense recent announcement, Sept. 30, for the temporary expansion of the Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP).
