Brig. Gen. Walsh, commander of the 451st Air Expeditionary Wing, Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan, will be discussing what a day is like in the life of a combat wing commander at Kandahar Airfield. Brig. Gen. Walsh comes to the 451st Air Expeditionary Wing in Afghanistan from the 175th Air National Guard in Baltimore, Maryland and is one of the first wing commanders to lead an expeditionary wing in a combat zone from the Air National Guard.
