Col. Metzler, commander, 586th Air Expeditionary Group, Ali Al Salem Air Base, Southwest Asia, will discuss how the detainee visitation mission at Camp Bucca's Theater Internment Facility (the "TIF") builds trusting relationships with Iraqi families and achieves operational goals.
